Safety from terrorists or car parks?

Well, if anyone needed a pointer on the next 'soft target' here it is. God forbid that one should have to carry one's groceries too far, or one's plumber park too far away. Heehee, only in NZ. I love it.

To be truthful there is a relatively large Russian crowd in Wellington and the local mafia did try to recruit a Ukrainian friend of mine (so I know it exists), but petty crime is not terrorism, and I hardly think the embassy here is of great world importance.
